So after a year in the wilderness I've finally settled on a style and a format for my Impossible Place illlustrations. It has been quite difficult for me to adjust to illustrating after having maintained an exclusively fine arts practice for so long. I've had trouble with speed, size and supports all along. But here we are. I've decided all the work from now on will be done on 2 joined MDF boards (each 60 x 90cm) and drawn/painted in acrylic, ink, graphite, conte and charcoal.
